ScaleFactor provides insights, recommendations, and other outputs generated by artificial intelligence. These are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleFactor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
